      Were you watching the news because you had to? Me, I live in blissful ignorance, sure that if something major happens, someone's going to tell me! I'd rather do my workouts. Oh, and eat chocolate biscuits with a cup of tea while reading a good book!

            Update! I did finish the Good Morning World Challenge, however my aunt is here and is worried about going home, so spending time with her cuts into my personal time :p
            Also for today's exercise:
            40 Overhead punches
            Jumping Rope - 3 sets of 50

                      Exercising is starting to feel more like a chore than something I want to do & that's no good. Maybe I need to change something?

                        It sounds like you do. I've been there (more than once) and I don't think either of us is unusual on that count. I stop and look at what I'm doing and then choose something I really want to do. I've realised and accepted that sometimes other things are actually more important, and that if I don't get my selected exercises done - well, so far the world hasn't ended. Today, for example, I didn't get half the things done that I wanted to do but bedtime is looming and I don't feel that my day has been poorly spent. It is important that any (non-compulsory) physical activity we do does not become onerous. Take a day off, deliberately and with pleasure. Enjoy it. Think what exercise you really want to do. Perhaps just going for a walk every day/once a week/whenever is something that will pick you up. Or maybe you need to look at your goals, see why you are exercising (other than for general fitness). If there is some particular aim, focus a bit more on that. If there is no particular aim, then throw in some fun stuff. Exercise isn't just about the routines you'll find here - it's playing totem tennis in the backyard with the children, it's walking the dog, it's climbing the nearby hill, it's spending time digging in the garden. The important thing is that you don't stop doing physical activity of some kind.
