                          ishachan Ah, the Katana workout *sigh* Got myself a bokken this week - can hardly wait to have a go at Katana Week!! How's your weight goal coming? Not to be too personal (though that is a pretty personal question) but you said you had a goal and I hope you're achieving it. You've been working consistently - you should be pleased with that.

                              I got my katana at a renaissance festival and I finally found a good use for it. Also since I've started exercising I've lost about 6.5 pounds! Still got a long way to go but I'm getting there
