I was busy today so I didn't get to do anything except for day 9 of the Good Morning Challenge
But at least the project I'm working on looks nice
I know what you mean, but it gets to be a habit, even if it's only something like 10 push-ups or 20 sit-ups or 10 minutes of stretching. Or even a daily walk. Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous or time-consuming, and to get into the habit of doing something every day, it's best to start slowly, the way you have. And on a day when you don't do anything (and not because you're frightfully busy and simply don't have time, or you're unwell), you'll miss doing some exercise! It's crazy - I never thought I'd think this way myself!
