    DeStress Challenge day 28 done
    And the Free Spirit workout at level one
    I can't believe I'm almost done with a month of exercise! I haven't exercised like this in a long time. But it's probably better for me in the long run than just sitting around, and I look better too.

      Day 29 of the DeStress challenge done! One day left!
      And the Far Point workout. To make up for all the stretching I didn't do after my workouts this month 😅

        I'm late on updating but I did workout~
        The final day of the De-Stress Challenge!
        And the Easy Does It workout at level 2
        (Also carrying pounds of meat back and forth to the car but I don't think that counts lol)

        Edit: I also just kinda figured out how to log-in from my phone so hopefully I can be less late next time.

                  A new month to tackle~
                  I started with the Fresh Start workout at level 3!
                  Then day one of the Good Morning Challenge! Hopefully this can help motivate me to start getting up earlier in the mornings too.
