Ooh, I love Shark Week! I always feel like it's way more of an accomplishment to get through it during that time than more challenging stuff any other day.

Day 22 of the De-Stress Challenge done
I tried the Inner Strength workout but I should really use a yoga mat next time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Plus a bonus 100 knee highs and 2 sets of 60 jumping jacks
24 April 2020:
De-stress Challenge day 24 completed!
I went walking with my mom, a rare occurrence! Once around the block was about 1.80km.
Then 60 reps with 5 lbs dumbbells.
25 April 2020:
Spent the day putting together furniture & I almost forgot to exercise lol.
Finished day 25 of the De-Stress challenge.
I tried out some exercises from the Darebee mobile app this time:
60 side to side chops
10 overhead punches
10 leg raises
10 climber taps
20 shoulder taps
26 April 2020:
Day 26 of the DeStress challenge done!
The Daily Dare: 60 second flutter kicks. That challenge was harder than it looked.
And the Memento Mori workout at level one.
27 April 2020:
DeStress challenge Day 27 complete! Almost done!
Also finished the Upperbody workout at level one.
I really need to work on my upper body strength
