                    Your consistency is commendable. Keep it up.
                    Personally, I loathe up-and-down planks.

                      20 elbow plank arm raises (I've decided that I don't like this exercise very much)

                        1/2 mile walk with my dog (and the occasional sprint as she kept trying to run away)

                          Maybe she wasn't actually trying to run away but was doing interval training!

                                Couldn't walk outside today because it was raining, so 150 jumping jacks instead.
