    Day 18 of the Splits Challenge finished. I might actually be able to do a full split by the end of this month. Also Happy Batman Day!

                              lol I still can't do a full split but I'm a lot closer than when I started.
                              Now time for a well deserved nap.

                                Well done! Achieving the splits, depending on your age and current flexibility, can easily take 6 month to a year or more. But doing this sort of programme will really have strengthened your legs.
