          A nice long walk with my dog around the block, a little over half a mile.

                  The Splits Challenge is hard, mostly because it's just the same but more so. Still, it is a good challenge to do and your legs will definitely benefit.

                            It's hard to tell how you progress with that challenge, but by the tend of it, side leg raises are a total breeze!
