It works better for me to think of how much I've done rather than how much is left. After all, my mind thinks that "2 sets done!" is far nicer than "8 sets to go"!! It's about focussing on achievement. You're two-thirds done! Not sure I'd voluntarily do that many squats a day. Phew! Well done.

Now that the hurricane has passed and everything's starting to calm down I can update! And after lots of phone calls I can say everyone I know is fine
