          ishachan Welcome. I hope you enjoy your time here in the Hive. It's nice to dip in and grab any workout that takes your fancy. You might also like to have a look at the programmes - they can be fun. Try Baseline or Foundation Light for a start. Feel free to add workouts or challenges to do along with them. Anything goes here, really, and if you need suggestions or advice, just shout out. All the Bees here are happy to help.

                  5 April 2020: Completed the Day One workout at level 2! With extra credit!
                  Special thanks to the Mega-Man soundtrack for helping me with my workout (and having lunch before instead of after exercise helps).
                  Completed Day 5 of the De-Stress Challenge! Only 25 left lol
                  Also 50 squats and 20 push-ups throughout the day.

                  I think I did a good job today. ❤

                      6 April 2020: Completed Day 6 of the De-Stress Challenge
                      Instead of sticking to one workout, I finished 2 sets of the Rookie workout and 1 set of the Memento Mori workout. The step-jacks started to feel a little silly
                      Then I chased my dog around the yard so I guess that counts as cardio? lol

                        Finished the Plan B workout at level 1 and the Cookie workout for 1 cookie. :3
                        And today marks a consecutive week of exercise for me. 7 days ina row!
