    Starting Aerial Physique Training

I'm getting things set up to install aerial silks at my home to learn and enjoy doing as a workout. I know it's going to involve a lot of full body strength and control! Nonetheless I'm still super excited and am determined to learn much! Anyone here do Aerial Silks or any kind of Aerial training? I'd love to know if you do! Also I welcome any tips I can get both for getting for got this and trying this! I'm so excited! Hopefully after the stuff with the virus blows over, I hope to take lessons! Thanks in advance and I'll do my best to respond! Wish me luck!

This is awesome my girl! I may have to see what kind of workouts come with the prep-training. I would love to gain even more stability with my core!

I always loved being acrobatic, it would be awesome to regain some of those abilities.

ID:	671223UPDATE! My silks are up! And in 3hrs, I've learned and to an extent perfected foot holds! I've learned and tried a few other moves and fell a few times, but everything is ok! I expect the falls, what better way to learn from your mistakes! Also this is a peek at my setup!

Very nice, I do see some youtube tutorials on this stuff occasionally, but would need to buy some of these first.

How tiring is it to hang?

Fremen thanks! It's pretty exhausting and really get my heart going. Due to needing to work on upper body strength, I fell couple time bc I couldn't hang any longer. Therefore, I purchased a mat and will continue to learn through practice
