    Congratulations on all the great work you have logged in this thread!
    In the beginning, you mentioned that your wanted to improve your posture and build your endurance. Have the countless push-ups, squats and other things you've done helped you to achieve these goals? Just wondering

        Thanks Ninshubur.
        Push-ups are good for the shoulder girdle. Squats put stress on the legs and part of the back.
        Exercise partially replaces physical activity, since I have been working at home for more than a year and it is not very useful to sit constantly.
        I try to load my shoulders with push-ups. Plus, I try to gradually build up the muscles on my back so that my posture improves due to them.
