        What's this?
A bit difficult to explain, it's a form of 'owned'. I think the German Wikipedia explains it quite well:

own – owned – ownage(englisch to own „besitzen“) Lässt sich frei übersetzen mit dominieren, plattmachen oder deutlich stärker spielen.
I use it mostly in the context of the bold part (for non-German readers, the bold part basically states 'sometimes the term is used to appreciate something' for example: 'Darebee owned')
Combined with some weird suffix, in this case 'zor', of which Wikipedia says 'The meaning of this suffix is parallel with the English -er and -or suffixes (seen in hacker and lesser)'. This suffix has some German grammar 'reingemauschelt' (basically the -t of the 3rd person singular).

And there you have it: 0wnz0r7 - ownzort

Or, to say it with Nebulus words: n4rf or maybe /\/4|2|=

I had a headache today, with the weather going up and down all the time I feel some kind of pressure in my head and it's not very nice. All in all, I had worse, though, so it hadn't kept me from working out, writing, playing a bit Terraria and having a nice day all around.

Interestingly, since I've started counting calories four days ago I haven't felt the need to snack any more, even though my husband is munching on stuff all the time. I wish I had his calorie consumption in maintenance mode.

And last night I practised the bass for 30 minutes. I think I've never had it in my hands for so long in one go. Worked my way through the riff of Love Is Noise, which isn't overly complicated, and 30 minutes later I realised that I played the same line over and over and over and over .... (and over) for the whole time. Perfectionism strikes again at the wrong time

Hope I can play later today, again.

            Here's my status update:

            Today I did:
            - Good Morning, World! Day 18
            - 1 Minute Cardio Day 18
            - Punches & Squats Day 4
            - Wall Push Ups Day 18
            - Hero's Journey Day 4
            - Power Walk Day 18
            - 60 Days of Cardio Day 52 on Level 3
Calories consumed: 1335 kcal (and I even had some peanut flips as a snack )

Hope you all had a nice day

All is going well, have done all of my workouts (even though I'd contemplated on skipping 60 Days of Cardio, did it anyway), writing's going well, have found a time slot for practising the bass and had the best night in weeks (sleep-wise). I even have enough calories left to treat myself to a glass of whisky tonight

The only thing that's been irking me for some time now (slightly workout related): I'm in dire need of some t-shirts for lazing around at home I'm one of those people who get home and shed their good clothes for sweatpants and t-shirt and most of them are from my teenage years. Back then clothes seemed to be of better quality, because those old shirts only now start to get holes from everyday wear (more expensive shirts I bought years ago were already discarded because they fray super fast. What gives? )
Somehow, though, it's near impossible to find form-fitting shirts that don't look like crap and have a good ratio of quality to price. I don't want to spend 10 Euros only for it to get tossed two years later. I hate buying clothes, because during the last years contemporary fashion is terribly ugly (in my opinion, of course).
Argh, it's all so frustrating. I just want some basic stuff at an affordable price

Enough ranting for now, here's my status update:

                  Today I did:
                  - Good Morning, World! Day 19
                  - 1 Minute Cardio Day 19
                  - Wall Push Ups Day 19
                  - Hero's Journey Day 5 on Level 1 (I wanted to do Level 2, but my jumping lunges got incredibly sloppy during the fifth set so I called it quits. Still, it's two sets more than I usually do with workouts like these)
                  - Power Walk Day 19
                  - Punches & Squats Day 5
                  - 60 Days of Cardio Day 53 at Level 3
                  - Power Grip Day 17
                  Calories consumed: 1386 kcal

                  That is all.

I wish you all an amazing and hopefully relaxing weekend <---- today it's vanilla milk. It's milk, with vanilla. Sugar optional.

I have opted for this summer (with great desperation of my partner) for comfortable training clothes: 6 pairs of shorts and 6 pairs of shirts, of the same type that I use to train.
My partner goes crazy because she doesn't understand if I am dressed "for home" or to "train"
But they are very comfortable and cheap

I have also been living in workout clothes recently. I think it will be a bit of a re-adjustment when I have to start working in the office again and wear "real" clothes. But my company seems to be in no rush to have us stop working from home, so workout clothes it is for now!

Wow, that leetspeak thing looks nerdy and complicated

Finding clothes for a good quality, for a reasonable price and at good production conditions is hard, good luck with that

Fremen I wish I'd have 6 shorts and 6 shirts As it is now, i have one pair of shorts and one pair of trackpants that are too wide around my hips and too long in the legs (I can walk on the legs, they're that long). I don't understand your partners desperation, though

Whirly15 that's pretty cool working in workout clothes. I guess as long as you don't have to do video conferences or it sounds comfy

PrincessFancy leetspeak is easy when you grow up with it (like everything is, I guess).
And I guess I don't need luck finding new clothes, I need a miracle
But for now, I gladly take your wishes for good luck, thanks

I think I see a tiny bit of progress with all I'm doing. I'm on day 6 of my little cutting adventure (doing good so far) and I'm weighing myself every morning, to get a feeling for fluctuations. Seems like the fluctuations upwards are in check now, but that's not the progress I'm meaning.
Counting my calories led to eating only two-three times per day, with my first meal consisting of two slices of toast with two fried eggs on one day, and a bowl of quark with milk, peanutbutter and, uhm, Lütticher Delikatesse (it's a... date/apple/pear spread) on the next. Those meals clock in at around 300-500 calories and around five to six hours later I have the next, which is around 500-700 calories (and sometimes there are remains that I eat after my last workout, around 11 o'clock in the evening). I don't eat anything else and get the remaining calories from milk in my coffee. This works surprisingly well.
And I have the feeling that me eating nothing in between those two-three meals helps my digestion. For the last two days my belly had been pretty flat and I feel really good. No little aches and pains, no feelings of being unwell, nothing.

Now I just wish I could get my husband into joining me a little. I think he has a great frame to put some muscle on, and theoretically he really wants to get fit, but his own laziness gets in his way and he's immune to being motivated. At the tiniest "hey, would you like to..." I lose him completely and he does extra-nothing (not out of spite towards me, he's just like that). But I'm still pretty proud of him, he had lost around a third of his former weight over the last years and he did once workout, he just has to get in the mood again. It's a game of patience, I guess.

A small curiosity on the side: I've read that brothels in Baden-Wuerttemberg are supposed to open again (after they were closed because of Covid and all), but, of course, everyone has to wear a mask there. I think I spent the better part of an hour today laughing about too much nonsense going through my head because of that. Good workout for abs. Here's my status update for today:

                            Today I did:

                            - Punches & Squats Day 6
                            - Hero's Journey Day 6 at Level 2 (was surprisingly good at pushups with 5/4/7/4/5/5/3. Not bad. Used 5kg dumbbells for the hammer workout)
                            - Power Walk Day 20
                            - 60 Days of Cardio Day 54 at Level 3
