I had to run back to fetch them. Grandmother's house was way up on a steep hill and the way up there was wet and mossy, and thus very, very slippery. So I ran back up. And usually when I have dreams where I have to run, I use my hands for support, kinda running a bit ape-style. I ran up and down and when I got back to the car my father wasn't there, only a hitman in suit and sunglasses who shot me in the head.
Ok, let's be clear: if someone has to execute me it's before I run up and down a slippery hill ... (just to snatch a smile from you )

I am happy that at least your knee let you go on with 60 Days of Cardio! 🙌 yay for your knee! Knee, please, be good!
So do I have a love-hate relationship with my knees, so I can perfectly understand your struggle 😕

What an awful nightmare! I hope that last night went smoother. I wish you a great Friday night! 🎊 Goodnight and sweet sweet dreams! 💕

Yesterday I saw again 'Inside out' from Pixar, my son is hooked on it, He has seen it 3 times in 3 days. Now I see dreams and other things that happen in our brain in a different way.

Regards, kisses & hugs from Spain.

I often dream that I have to run to get somewhere, but the air is like a thick slime and I'm not moving forward no matter how hard I try..
I have those two, sleep_twitch and they're even worse, imo. Falls right into the same category as dreams where I have to defend myself but my hits and kicks do nothing (thankfully, I hadn't one of those in a long time).

Fremen thanks . I wished someone would have shown that mercy to me in that dream

Thank you! My knee's feeling fine again Hope yours are behaving nicely, too

Last night was better, dream-wise (had cuddly dreams) but I still woke up quite a lot, wasn't so bad, though. Hope you have a great Friday night and weekend, too!

I have done all my grocery shopping for the long weekend and am now ready to get super productive over the next few days, writing-wise (this is probably a death-flag right here for my writing efforts, but I don't care. It will be a productive weekend). And I can't wait when I'm done with 30 Days of HIIT tomorrow. I'm mostly doing it on Level 1, because I'm lazy, but it's still pretty exhausting. One day I will re-try it at a higher level though. When I'm going to finish the programme tomorrow it will mark May as the month with the most exercising done per day ever for me, which gets me kinda excited.

Today, though, was fairly normal, so here's my status update:

                Today I did:
                - Good Morning, World! Day 13
                - 1 Minute Cardio Day 13
                - 30 Days of HIIT Day 29 on Level 1
                - Wall Push-Ups Day 13
                - Power Walk Day13
                - 60 Days of Cardio Day 49 on Level 3
                - Power Grip Day 13

I have also dragged out my foam roller, which I've bought some time ago only to let it collect dust. My calves get a bit tight with all those jumping jacks, high knees, etc. I figured it would be a good idea to roll them a bit. Over the weekend I might have to wade through Amazon and its countless Chinese sellers to find some good resistance bands. That will be fun.

Anyway, I wish you all a super nice weekend <--- Today I'm going with kefir, because kefir is awesome

                      Thanks!

This was kind of a weird day, because it just... was, I guess. I did a bit of writing, did a bit of working out, tried to find a new wallpaper for my desktop (not successful so far) and read around in old Formula 1 threads on a sports forum despite not having watched races since 2003.

Anyway, because nothing happened I'll skip straight to the important stuff, here's my status update:

                      Today I did:
                      - Good Morning, World! Day 14
                      - 1 Minute Cardio Day 14
                      - Wall Push-Ups Day 14
                      - 30 Days of HIIT Day 30 on Level 1 (COMPLETE)

I skipped the rest because I want to give my calves a bit of a rest.

Despite doing HIIT mostly on Level 1 (with some exceptions) I was pretty satisfied with the last day, because I managed to actually keep the intensity through all three sets and didn't start to bungle in the last one. I have also noticed that my High Knees got much, much better. I can almost do one minute straight now, when I did struggle on more than 20 in one round. I still hate them, but seeing some kind of progress feels good.

Tomorrow will be a gap day and on Monday I'll start Hero's Journey, hopefully guibo94 will join me (if your life permits so )

Anyway, I hope you all had a great Saturday

Thank you, Fremen And I will do my best to follow in your footsteps during Hero's Journey

And thank you, Lady_Nicholson I think it really helped that the High Knees were during a timed interval and I didn't have to count
