Good job on the writing streak! Do you publish your stories somewhere, or is it just for fun?

Yay for 60 days of writing!

Thanks, sleep_twitch, NancyTree and Chris Lee Bear

I don't publish anywhere (nothing's finished yet), sleep_twitch, but maybe in the far future when something's finished and I have gathered enough courage (or don't care anymore) I'll publish somewhere anonymously.

And while I'm grateful for your offer, Chris Lee Bear, I'd probably don't take you up on that as long as I cringe inwardly myself every time I read what I've fabricated

Oh I know that feeling... During my recovery of the hip surgery I tried writing too just to find myself going through the following feeling-stages:
            1. Curiosity (What heroic epic story will I be creating?)
            2. I was proud (My wife MUST read it!)
            3. Ashamed (What the hell did I write?!?)
            4. Just delete everything or bury it deeeep down in a folder where no one ever will find it...

                  Thank you, guibo94!

We were too lazy to go out for some grocery shopping today, so it's living out of the stash over the weekend, meaning pasta with tomato sauce and pancakes tomorrow. Not even the pack of my beloved smoked salmon that was on sale and had 10% more content got me out of the house.

But! I managed to get all of my scheduled workouts done. I'm considering to put in a kind of rest day tomorrow, only doing my main program (30 Days of HIIT). Will have to see how that works, lately, working out feels sooo good...

                  Anyway, status update.

                  Today I did:
                  - Good Morning, World! Day 8
                  - 1 Minute Cardio Day 8
                  - 30 Days of HIIT Day 23 on Level 1
                  - Power Walk Day 8
                  - Wall Push-Ups Day 8
                  - 60 Days of Cardio Day 45 on Level 3
                  - Power Grip Day 8
                  - Anywhere Abs with EC, no rests
Hope you all had a wonderful Saturday

                          Thank you, Amirsh

So, after planning a 'kind of' rest day yesterday, I had the itch to workout until the afternoon, suppressed it and... turned into a full-blown sloth at evening, doing nothing for the rest of the day.
All in all, a very lazy day but not bad all around.

Now I only have to get back out of sloth-mode.

Aaand I'm back on track. Sloth-mode is successfully deactivated, I finished all my workouts for today.

Also, today I had the slowest spider ever in my flat. You could have made some coffee while it was moving two centimetres. Thankfully, it didn't show itself while I was doing climbers on the floor (I hate spiders, even though it got much better of the last ten years). While the sight of a spider would have send me screaming years ago, now I just make a disgusted noise and call for the exterminator, aka my husband (yep, classic role allocation in our household when it comes to that).
Many years ago my husband was in the shower and there was a huge spider in front of the door leading from the living room into the hallway. The only thing for me that came to mind was climbing out of the window (hooray for ground-floor flat) and waiting in the garden until my husband came out of the shower, to ring the door and get back into the flat. Good times.

                            Anyway, here's my status update:

                            Today I did:
                            - Good Morning, World! Day 9
                            - 1 Minute Cardio Day 9
                            - Wall Push Ups Day 9
                            - 30 Days of HIIT Day... 22 I think on Level 1
                            - Power Walk Day 9
                            - 60 Days of Cardio Day 46 on Level 3
                            - Power Grip Day 9
                            - Easy Does It on Level 1 no rest

                            Pretty good.

Hope you all had a good start into the new week

LOL about the spider emergency situation - I used to be so afraid of spiders and there have been a number of similar incidents. Then I had a neighbor who had bird spiders and she would look after my terrarium (I have coenobitidae) while I was on vacation. Of course, there came a time when she was on vacation, so I had to return the favor. She taught me all I needed to know about her spiders, and I managed to feed them for a few days (without opening the terrariums for more than half a centimeter). Afterwards, I was way less afraid of spiders because I knew more about them. Then I met my now husband who's a crazy animal nerd and will evacuate every single bee that flies into our apartment and won't remove spiderwebs from the ceiling because it might hurt a poor spider's feelings Since we spent an eternity at a zoo, standing in front of a spider terrarium because he wanted to see her eat a cricket, my fear of spiders is completely gone.
