        Since today we think it's the sinus, because my husband's discomfort spread to his eye, temple and brow. It basically covers all the spots where the sinus is. Showing him where they are gave him some peace of mind and he's much more relaxed now. If it's got nothing to do with his teeth or jaw, he's (mostly) fine Still, he's going to make some phone calls tomorrow.

        Workout went well, again, and I'm pretty amazed how well I currently manage to structure my days. I get everything done I want to get done (although I lowered my priority of learning Mandarin for the time being) and still find time to get some gaming in. Pretty satisfied all around. I only have to work on getting outside more often. Without Corona I usually was 30-60 minutes per day outside to do some shopping, now I'm only one, two days at most outside. I guess I have to do some walking just for the sake of walking. Maybe I should visit the little bamboo forest I've found last year (if I wouldn't have to hike up a steep road first).

        Here's my status update:

        Today I did:
        - Good Morning, World! Day 2
        - 1 Minute Cardio Day 2
        - Wall Push-Ups Day 2
        - 30 Days of HIIT Day 15 on Level 2
        - 60 Days of Cardio Day 40 on Level 3
        - Power Grip Day 2
        - Power Walk Day 2

        Fun thing: I had some problems with headaches and my shoulders over the days I haven't worked out much. Yesterday, on my first real day working out again I had headaches, too, but they vanished completely after the Cardio workout. Today all my problems disappeared after 1 Minute Cardio. Feels like me and my body are finally back in action and craving a certain amount of movement.

          I didn't workout as much as I wanted today because of a tense neck and headaches. Instead I wrote a lot and watched football webms on a sports imageboard for hours. I don't even like football But somehow they got me hooked and there were hundreds of them and I think I haven't indulged in such idle pleasures for weeks. Reminds me a bit of how I got totally addicted to watching curling during the winter games in 2006.

          Anyway, here's my mediocre update:

          Today I did:
          - Good Morning, World Day 3
          - 1 Minute Cardio Day 3
          - Wall Push Ups Day 3
          - Power Walk Day 3
          - Power Grip Day 3
          - Magician on Level 1 with EC

          Maybe I can do something else over the next two hours before I got to sleep. Maybe not. Tomorrow will be better.

                Oh I mean 'late'. I mispelled totally just because I can't recall at O(1) the order of the months (i.e. I have to go thru the list almost every time, is that normal?), and by laziness I haven't checked, totally not because I'm actually, secretly a time traveler, that would be ridiculous, amirite? hahahahaha...........

                  Same old, same old. He's going to see a specialist tomorrow (I think ENT physician is the correct translation). Hopefully, we'll know more then. Thanks for asking.

                    It's an elegant quote, and I interpret it in a kinda logical format as 'Volition does not need, nor implies optimism' which is both beautiful and powerful when you think about it. Even a solid excuse to be proud of being human, for once. Also, I consider it as minimalistic inspiration, which is my favorite aesthetic.

                            Today was better, although I suffered a bit from lack of sleep. Still managed to do my whole schedule and not eating too much over the day. I had a moment where I contemplated on skipping 60 Days of Cardio but did it anyway. Go me.

                            My husband saw an ENT-physician today, who assumes he suffers from a chronic sinus infection. To confirm his suspicions my husband will have a CT next week. It's not bad, he isn't in pain or anything and knowing that it's probably not his jaw (or teeth) makes him pretty indifferent to the whole thing

                            I still suffer from a very, very mild headache that doesn't bother me most of the time. I attribute it to the ups and downs of the temperate and the weather. Guess I'll just have to ride it out. Aside from all of that, today was a pretty chill day. So here's my status update:

                            Today I did:
                            - Good Morning, World Day 4
                            - 1 Minute Cardio Day 4
                            - Power Walk Day 4
                            - 30 Days of HIIT Day 18 on Level 1 (I still don't like doing High Knees...)
                            - 60 Days of Cardio Day 41 on Level 3
                            - Wall Push Ups Day 4
                            - Power Grip Day 4
                            - Beginner Abs on Level 1

                            Maybe I'm doing a light workout later tonight for a short break during writing. Would be better for my posture.

                              My headaches are gone!

                              And I have the feeling I really start to crave working out. I'm on the brink of adding more to my daily schedule, but refrain from it. I'm under the impression my core has really improved over the last weeks/months and just walking around somehow feels amazing.
                              Now with that being out in the open I've probably jinxed my future workout experience, but who cares

                              Aside from that, the day was pretty good, I'm going to write now for the next two hours and probably have a glass of bourbon, tomorrow's a holiday anyway. But first, my status update for today:
