Day 147 - May 26, 2020
216 lbs. (Down 4 lbs since last check-in, about 1.8kg)
Goals:
Drink 72 oz of water at a minimum per day.
Log my food
Lose 1 lb. a week
So my last post was about 4 weeks ago. I stopped exercising, stopped logging food, stopped tracking my water, and stopped losing weight. This last weekend was great! I got to see friends I haven't seen since last year. We ate lots of food and drank more than usual. We also swam, hot tubbed, cooked for others, and stayed up late talking. Somehow in the last 5 days I dropped several pounds. My friends were very supportive in how much weight I have lost. Overall, I am down 34 lbs. I got to show off my belt with lots of new holes punched in it and they oooed and ahhhed. I have started tracking my food again and logging my water. I am still not ready to start exercising again but trying to move towards that as well. So, I am here and I am ready to go again! I missed you, bees!
