      My Digital Journal Day 7 ( Sry Day seven was yesterday the 26 but I am telling it today cause I was to tired yesterday to write it in sry)

      ( So I am doing this thing where I do a set like Warm up, workout, cool down and then after other stuff I come back and repeat the set with different workouts)
