    A Revelation by Bozkurt

    Greetings Darebees,
If any of you ever noticed my monthly reports, you may recall that I typically report on calorific data. I finally realized that in the past three years, I burned an average of 3250 kcals per day (metabolic + workouts; tracked using various Polar hardware). Yet, I restricted my calorific intake to about 2500-2750 kcal per day (tracked using MyFitnessPal). Granted, it is not always possible to capture every drop of nourishment or empty calories one shovels in to the furnace, this discrepancy represents significant deficit. I believe that this may have been the reason why I plateaued in my progress, and I am generally tired. So, I made an executive decision to bump up my calorific intake target to 3250 as of today with breakdown of macronutrients being 407 g carbs, 203 g Protein, and 90 g fat. this represents a calorific breakdown of 50%, 25%, and 25%, respectively. The first observation is...it is quite hard to consume 3250 kcals of worthy stuff.

Just thought I should share this with you all.

    Cheers.
