I just achieved my new years resolution from last year: Running for over 1 hour straight.
I ran for 70 minutes in my cities forrest, my previous best was 40 minutes but I'm having a good day and was motivated.
My breathing rythm, 4 strides in - 4 strides out, held up pretty well with no stitches.
I was a bit dizzy after I finished, but that fixed itself after a soda.

Starting with the new month I'll be doing the ab challenge and pushup master.
I was considering high gear, but I'd rather have my cardio from running.
My nutrition is also slowly getting better, which should help my sixpack become visible in less favourable lighting.
Really looking forward to the fancy pushups

Doing more and more running, but will likely start another program next month

Dropping 30 days of gravity at day 28 but still giving myself the badge.
I have a ton of sword lessons lately and didn't really appreciate how the past few days were just workouts I've done 5 times already but with yet higher rep count.
I'll probably do a challenge throughout april, I have done pushup master before, but it looks so fun I might do it again.
I have also signed up for a half marathon in september, so I will put some more focus on running, starting to run every other day instead of 1-2 times a week.
My fitness test was 35 pushups 28 situps and 31 burpees, putting me in a more confident level 2 than last month. I have no idea how you're supposed to do situps that fast, maybe next month will be better in that regard

Now at day 23 of 30 days of gravity. The structure is a bit different than what I'm used to from darebee but after a few days its pretty fun.
In the fitness test that I did the day before starting the programm I placed towards the lower end of level 2, so thats what I'm using for 30 days of gravity.
Excited to see my progress when doing the fitness test again in about a week.

    Core strength completed

I'm not quite sure what to do next and will probably just go for a run tomorrow to keep that streak going.
Upon browsing for longer than I should here are some cool options

    Programs
    Reboot Program
    TEN
    30 Days of Yoga
    TOTALS
    Fireheart
    Hero's Journey
    Total Abs Program
    Epic Five
    30 Days of Gravity
    High Gear

    Challenges
    10k crunches challenge
    impossible abs challenge
    ab challenge
    ab challenge lv2
    ab advanced challenge
    50 pushups a day
    1000 pushups
    2000 pushups
    no swear 30
    1 minute meditation
    20x3

At this point I can narrow it down to either combining totals + 30 days of yoga or 50 pushups a day + ab challenge or 30 Days of gravity

20x3 + some ab challenge + some pushup challenge seems like a good endgame

Today is day 12 of the core strength program.
I can already see some progress. I've had the outlines of a sixpack before but now it's becoming visible in less and less forgiving lighting.
I've been feeling kinda under the weather today, slept a lot and had some mild headaches.
Took two tests to confirm its not the covid, since exercising with covid seems to be an universally agreed on big nono.
I pulled through and am feeling quite a bit better already

After slowly starting with running in mid 2021, it is now getting more of a habit. I ran my first 5k on the 17th
I certainly got a lot more creative with my cooking since my last check-in over a year ago.
Core-strength looks like a nice programm, did day 1 today.
Might put running on the backburner for it and wait until it gets warm again.
Also gotta check out that recipe section more often, there are some nice salads in there

I'm pretty much at the same point as during my last post in june. I've done a little bit of exercise here and there, but certainly have declined from earlier this year. I'm now in uni and want to restart my training, mainly for mental and physical health.
Still not sure what program to choose this time, but I'll certainly combine one easy programm (like foundation light or vitality) with a 3 star ab program.
I'm also slowly learning how to cook and will try to follow the modern hero mealplan until I'm fit enough to actually go into a bulk
