
Hi guys, just wanted to hop on here to exchange some thoughts and share my experiences with the cardio-trim program.
Can't remember doing 9 consecutive days of training before in my life, day 9 was cool and a bit easier than usual because of only one set in Part 2.
I do have some mild soreness on my abs, but nothing that will stop me.
It's amazing how the programm is designed to only induce light soreness and then work a different muscle group the next day so the sore muscle can actively recover.
Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated and feel free to toss me your beginners advice and some dieting tips if you happen to have some spare.
