              Thanks, Fremen stephenphillips42 Anek Julian4077 Silent Wolf Mianevem VacTom You know, I thought it would be a good idea not to finish a whole lot of things at the same time, but perhaps I should organise myself a little better and make that happen. Or at least, space things further apart.
              CaptainCanuck Unfortunately there isn't really anywhere around here to run, except through the park and even I've done that in about five minutes! And I find that if I have to get in the car and drive somewhere and I'm doing it alone, I'm just not going to do it. That really just leave the treadmill for this little black duck, so I need something to inspire me on that. Zombies, Run! is good there, but also some challenge or programme would help so there is a couple of things I'm considering.

                            I am not sure where you live, I guess some place somewhat urban. Another option for me was to scout out my neighbourhood first by walking it extensively and then using some of the quirks of the area to keep things more interesting. That way I can run in walkways, alleys and pedestrian bridges. Again though it might not be an option for you. I use MapMyFitness as well to figure out routes, and to see what exactly is available. Sometimes there are decent routes to nearby stuff that are not as obvious as it would seem at first.

                            Congrats on 30DoY. My personal feeling is that 30DMoY is an extension of the first one. I did them with a few months break in between and therefore the second part was occasionally a bit too challenging as I was out of the habit of Yoga-ing.
