      I feel ya on the cold😀I keep working out, but only at half speed. Not going to the gym this week sucks, cuz it’s my social time😏

        Dead Hang Challenge (day 4) - I can see that this is going to become WAAYY more challenging as it goes on!!

        Training tonight was fairly intense - almost one-on-one. There was one other bloke and me, and the instructor trying to get us to perfect our patterns (the other mob was doing paddle work). Worked on the first 3 patterns for almost the whole hour. Dripping with sweat but did good work. I was pretty good at them, but there were just a few things to watch and one that required change, so it was a very useful session because unless someone is carefully watching your every move, little things get missed. Admittedly, I did find it confronting initially to have such close scrutiny, but in a competition, that's what I'd get, so I need it now, both to get used to it, and to correct those finer details. But me, I'm such a timid, retiring type and the attention embarrasses me...

                            Challenges:
                            Upper body light (day 29 and 30) Had to do two days today because it's the February challenge and tomorrow is March! I kind of wish I'd taken a picture of my shoulders before I started because I'm sure they are way more developed!!
                            No Salt (day 22)
                            Splits (day 17)
                            1min Plank (day 18)
                            Ninja (day 9)
                            Dead Hang Challenge (day 5)

                            Programmes:
                            day 30 <Totals> I'll channel my inner Freddy Mercury (but only the singer part) and say "Another one bites the dust!" But honestly - 100 basic burpees. I thought they would never end!! Tomorrow I'll start another programme. Reading other people's threads makes the choice quite difficult because so many sound so good!

                            DD with EC (#48) Total DD = 49.

                            Bowman - day 6 I didn't like this one so much. It would have been better with a partner but of course these programmes can't be made for that. Still, I was glad when I reached the last rep, though there were a few of these PNF stretches that felt really good!

                            I did a HUGE amount of weight-lifting today. Well okay, so I reckon hauling around IKEA cabinets (and screwing things together) should count as a workout!!
