          Day 131

          Challenges:
          50 push-ups a day (day 20)
          Multiplank (day 7)
          Hundred push-ups (week 2, day 2) Currently I'm in column 3, but I think the next week will see me moving down to column 2. Fairly sure it won't be column 1 but who knows? If it is, too bad. Perhaps I'll just repeat a week before moving on. It's all towards getting my consecutive push-ups goal.

          Programme:
          ​ day 4 Hero's Journey Who would have thought that 1kg ankle weights would make such a difference?! Mostly with the leg raises - yikes!

          Special Programme:
          Zombie Apocalypse Workout Triweek!!
          Week 1
          Monday: Survive a Zombie Apocalypse Workout
          Tuesday: Zombies, Run! workout ("The Old Mill") - 2min walk/2min run x 6 Sorry, Lem, but I would have shot you. I mean, like, who needs another zombie roaming about? Damn shame you got bit.
          Wednesday: The Walkers Survival Workout (Neila Rey) Must confess that after the first set, I converted the 10 tuck jumps into squats! I'm not good with jumps, and besides, my knees were hating me today.
          Thursday: Zombies, Run! workout ("Recovery") - 2/2 x 6 I just don't trust Runner 8. I mean, there's that cough she's had for - how long now?
          Friday: Zombie Survival workout (another Neila Rey. There are two with the same name but this one starts with 2 min shadow boxing)
          Saturday: Zombies, Run! workout 2/2 x 6
          Sunday: Fearless because - well, combat!!

          DD with EC = 124. Total DD = 125.

          Splits app (day 19) Really not seeing any improvement, but I keep plugging away!

          I have read the various advices and considered carefully. Thanks, and stay tuned!

            Today was a relatively easy day for the Challenge with only 120 push-ups. Tomorrow is the second worst day, with 220! Fortunately, Sunday is a day of rest!!

                  And I forgot to mention that I also did another online Taekwondo session for 50 minutes. Erk, more squats and tuck jumps!! My knees are not happy today! But we also did some work on climbing kicks and they are fun.

                          Day 133

                          Aargh! After the excitement of the morning, it turned into one of those days where I didn't manage to get anything done. Well, a few things, but Life intervened and, well... I didn't even get to find out what today's DD is!

                          Challenges:
                          50 push-ups a day (day 22)
                          Multiplank (day 9)
                          Hundred push-ups Last set was 25 - a PB. And not too bad considering I'd just done four sets of varying amounts.

                          And throughout the day, I dropped 220 push-ups. Keep an eye on my progress! Good thing tomorrow is a rest day from this challenge - I've got much of today to catch up! I did manage to find time to print out Katana Week, though. And then I remembered that I'd programmed in Dragon Week first, and I hate to change plans.

                                Challenges:
                                50 push-ups a day (day 23) I hadn't been going to do this one today as it's a rest day for the Push-up Challenge , but it turned out I had to do push-ups anyway today, so I thought, why not?
                                Multiplank (day 10)

                                Programme:
                                ​ day 6 Hero's Journey Hah! Push-ups. Should have done this yesterday with all the other push-ups I actually needed to do! I did a decent enough number but didn't really push myself with them, though. Then the Weapons. Did the walk/sprint for Bow 🏹, the weights for Hammer 🔨, and planks for Ring 💍.

                                DD with EC = 126. Total DD = 127. Dead bugs are always fun but I find I do have to concentrate in order not to bring the other leg in towards my chest. Ah, co-ordination!!

                                Online Taekwondo training - general 50-minute class. 🥋

                                And on a day when I thought I could (should?) have a rest from so many push-ups, I still managed to find myself doing 111 of them! Only one more week of the Challenge, and I'll be glad!
