Yes, but which one gets you the badge at the end? Both, then, if it’s saving progress in both?

Just noticed what you meant about Pathfinder +. I had just clicked the link from the home page and it goes to regular Pathfinder, so that is the one that I was doing. I was thinking I would take a few days break from dumbbells and pullup workouts anyway, so I am good with the normal version. Though as I just noticed it saves progress concurrently in both.

DorothyMH The pressure point workout certainly did feel good!

     Programmes:
    - Day 7 Ten
    - Day 18 Total Abs
    - Day 4 Pathfinder+ And the Optional Quest.
     Challenges:
    - Day 4 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 4 De-stress
    - Day 4 Daily Push-ups
     Workout:
    - The Fold Day 6 of Yoga Week
Home Front M30 - Daddy Lessons. Between doing bicep curls, jumping jacks, punches, step-ups and lunges, I cleaned the training room mats and hung up washing. A productive workout!
Home Front M31 - Face Off. But there was still washing to fold so I did another Home Front, and folded that washing between minutes of mountain climbers, planks, bicep curls, punches and step-ups.

It rained ALL day today. It was wonderful to hear a gentle rain coming straight down, with never a break. We've had about 40mm today! Of course, that meant that I couldn't get out into the garden so I did housework instead. It's supposed still to rain tomorrow so I might have to do my walk on the treadmill instead. Still, we'll see what it's like tomorrow but I doubt I'll be working in the garden!

Sore hands? ANY of them will work! Pulling weeds requires major hand massage

    Day 601

    πŸ“Œ Daily Floss
    πŸ“Œ Counting Victories

     Programmes:
    - Day 7 Ten I just ran out of time today - even for ten minutes!
    - Day 17 Total Abs
    - Day 3 Pathfinder+ Glad I only saved three people! It's been a while since I hefted the weights, and I could sure tell!
     Challenges:
    - Day 3 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 3 De-stress
    - Day 3 Daily Push-ups
     Workout:
    - Ground Control Day 5 of Yoga Week
Another two hours of good work in the garden. I took a photo from the front balcony before I started, wanting to do one of those before/after things like on a Garden Blitz show. So I worked hard (with a break for a pot of tea, of course!) and was pleased with my progress. Until I discovered that the area I'd cleared couldn't be seen well from the balcony because it was hidden by a small lemon tree and a large lavender bush, and it also went down a slope behind the lavender. If I peer very carefully between the branches of the lemon tree, I can just make out a lack of green there now.
Pressure Points because after pulling all those clumps of grass, my hands were sore. But I couldn't remember which hand workout I was supposed to do for sore hands...

    Day 600

    πŸ“Œ Daily Floss
    πŸ“Œ Counting Victories

     Programmes:
    - Day 6 Ten
    - Day 15 & 16 Total Abs Oops, made a mistake. I did today's workout and then changed the page to tomorrow's. And then a bit later, I forgot that I had done today's and just did the next page that was open. Then I realised that I had already done it. Ah, well, so two days done in one - no biggie.
    - Day 2 Pathfinder+
     Challenges:
    - Day 2 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 2 De-stress With the weather warming up, it is nice being on the deck and hitting the heavy bag.
    - Day 2 Daily Push-ups
     Workout:
    - Rearward Day 4 of Yoga Week
About two hours weeding. I don't know what sort of grass this is:

but there's a terrible lot of it, and tall! I hope the chickens enjoy the barrowloads of juicy greens that I've tossed into their run! Anyway, I managed to clear the citrus bed and the little trees should be able to grow better now that they are not nearly dwarfed by this stuff. I'm pleased with what I've got done. In the last couple of weeks, I've cleared all three little beds in the front, as well as the citrus bed, and I'm moving on to the herb garden next. It's supposed to bucket down in a day or two, and the temp will drop again, but only to the mid-teens. Must get my little greenhouse up and growing.
