    Day 605

    📌 Daily Floss
    📌 Counting Victories

     Programmes:
    - Day 10 Ten
    - Days 22 and 23 Total Abs Did two days today because, well, planks.
    - Day 7 Pathfinder+ I chose option B. I haven't officially been cleared for running (isn't it funny? I hate running, but when told I am not allowed to do any, I burn to do a 100-metre dash!) but I am allowed to do fast feet/sprinting on the spot and have just started doing split squats, so I reckoned some slow and gentle jogging wouldn't be too bad. And it was slow! I did it on the treadmill (I alternated 2min walking with 1min jogging for 30 minutes) so I could keep an eye on the time, have a constant surface beneath my feet, and step off if there was the least ache. I cranked the speed up only a little bit for the jogging. It was actually hard to go that slowly, but I had no problem doing the whole time. I know that when I try to run on the treadmill, I run faster than I can actually maintain, and so I struggle and think I can't run, so I really ought just to slow things down a bit. Perhaps not quite as slow as today, though! But it was a test day and if my hamstring doesn't complain too much over the next couple of days, I'll probably try something like that again but a touch faster. It was surprisingly good to run again, even though it's not my favourite activity.
     Challenges:
    - Day 7 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 7 De-stress
    - Day 7 Daily Push-ups
Home Front M33 - Thurman of the Hour. Plank, crunches, tricep dips, and kicks. What happened when I got captured by the Thurmanbots - oh, the excitement, the stress!!

    Day 604

    📌 Daily Floss
    📌 Counting Victories

     Programmes:
    - Day 9 Ten
    - Days 20 and 21 Total Abs After doing Ten, I was glad that today's ab work was more leg than ab!
    - Day 6 Pathfinder+
yep, glad I only went for three survivors!
On Damer 's general advice, I tried to do the bicep curls and shoulder presses fairly slowly. It felt good and I'll try to focus more on that from now on. And of course,
because I like helping wildlife, even though the bear would probably turn around and eat me!
    I did the optional subquest.
     Challenges:
    - Day 6 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 6 De-stress
    - Day 6 Daily Push-ups
     Workout:
    - Finish Line

DorothyMH Well, I'm glad I've done it but I wouldn't do it again. I mean, I'm quite fond of planks, but two of the seven workouts were planks. There was less yoga-like-in-the-30-days-of-yoga than I was expecting - and wanting, really. In Expanse, for example, apart from the downward dog, I wouldn't have considered it a yoga workout because everything else appears in other workouts. Ground Control, ditto, but I particularly liked that workout and finding it, and then learning it was part of Yoga Week, was what started me on the whole week. Admittedly, I don't tend to do much yoga, so my vision of what yoga is could very well be faulty.

    Day 603

    📌 Daily Floss
    📌 Counting Victories

     Programmes:
    - Day 8 Ten
    - Day 19 Total Abs
    - Day 5 Pathfinder+ As it was still raining, I had to do the walk on the treadmill.
     Challenges:
    - Day 5 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 5 De-stress
    - Day 5 Daily Push-ups
     Workout:
    - Dynamic Plank Day 7 of Yoga Week and
Home Front M32 - Zoe on the Run. While folding yet more washing (this task seems never-ending!), I did bicep curls, lateral runs, high knees and jumping jacks. Only three more Home Front missions to do and then I'll have done them all.
    Hamstring Protocol.

That's an interesting question DorothyMH but I guess you'd get the badge you select, since they don't appear automatically - if, that is, there are separate badges for the regular and the plus. There might be just the one. Could be nice if there were two, though, because then you could do BOTH programmes and get two badges!
