        Day 91

        Challenges:
        1 Minute Cardio (day 30)
        Power Grip (day 25)
        1000 Push-ups (day 11)
        Calves of Steel (day 11)
        Iron Core (day 11)
Walking to Running (Day 10 and 11) Did two days today to make up for the one I missed because I want to do my 15-minute walk tomorrow up the Hill. It'll be way longer than 15 minutes, but outside is far more interesting than being on the treadmill. That said, I found some fun treadmill videos to watch while listening to Zombies, Run! - Mrs Kracken's Kitchen which gives me 6 different timed treadmill workouts with zombies. A bit of fun which walking and running. At one time, I was 30 seconds into my 2-minute run when the video said to sprint for the next 1 1/2 minutes, so that matched perfectly!
        Chair Rows (day 4)
Bruce Lee (day 4) Today I had to do 20 slow kicks. Not exactly sure what this meant, so I did 20 poomsae kicks, stopping briefly after each part of the movement - prep, extension, recovery, and down. 20 slow punches, from the waist and full of power. It felt good!!

        First Thing Water (day 34).

        Programme:
        day 25 Express Tone
Alternating Bicep Curls: 60 - 60 - 60 - 60 - 60 Boringly repetitive today! Higher number of reps than previously. I'm glad I only have 5 more days of this programme or else I'd have to try to get some more weights! It is nice to see improvement, though.
Tricep Extensions: 30 - 30 - 30 - 30 - 30 Very consistent with these ones too. The first time two-handed tricep extensions has appeared. Normally I use my middle weights for alternating tricep extensions, but as I was using two hands, I decided to use the heavier ones.

        Mental
        Duolingo - Streak = 219 days.
        Coursera - Disaster Preparedness.
        week one
        week two

DD with EC (#90). Total DD = 91.

Last night I did something completely crazy. What, me? Never!! I signed up for the Push-up Challenge that runs from 11th May to 31st May. It's to support mental health, and this year's number of push-ups (3,046 per person, though you can have a cumulative count in a group), represents the number of lives lost in Australia due to mental health issues in 2018. The number of push-ups to be done each day is variable (the average would be 145), and I must confess I signed up before I actually saw how many push-ups I'd have to do! Still, what's done is done, so next month will see me pushing out over 3,000 push-ups! Phew.

I'm looking forward to the Easter Bunny's visit tomorrow. I like a bit of . Happy Easter.

Congrats in finishing 1 minute Cardio

The push up challenge sounds great. I think it's so important to bring some awareness to the mental health situation all over the world.

Very cool on the pushup challenge. Is it a fundraiser as well or just a challenge?

CaptainCanuck It is a fundraiser, but being isolated, I don't know how that's going to work right now. But you can also do it without raising funds, and you can just donate.

Actually, I just looked. Of course it's all electronic nowadays so it's just done online. Just need to select the person or team to donate to (or rather, through). Easy, really!
