I feel your pain. I have been through the entire database before looking for certain exercises.

I just finished the Tendon Strength Express workout and it's interesting, to make it more difficult I did the whole sequence for the legs with one leg and then with the other so that they were 3 min in a row per leg, as for the arms.
I will keep this workout fixed in the evening for a month in a row and see how it goes, with its 9 min in all it is very fast and works both legs and arms

You're just a beast, Fremen Thanks for the list, I'll check through and see which I've already printed off.

            - Chapter 39 Age of Pandora I didn't manage to collect enough scraps and wasn't up to doing more than 200 climber taps today (even that was a bit tough on the right!) so I guess I'll finish this chapter tomorrow.

            - day 8 Re-center

Went for a walk today. It was a bit chilly, a grey day. Should have worn my gloves, but my hands (and the rest of me) survived. Nice walk, took about an hour. There were some ups and downs but didn't really bother the hammy, which was also nice. A bit wet and slippy in some parts because we had rain last week, I think.

Spring is coming - the wattle is out.

I have gone through a lot of workouts today. Phew! As well as the list that Fremen kindly sent, there are loads more workouts that feature tendon strength, generally mentioned in the description. A very few didn't make the cut because of the amount of muscle work included, and some didn't if they were solely upper body, but so far I have gone through the level 1 and 2 workouts. If I'm going to be focussing on tendon work, then it is nice to have a large collection of workouts to choose from! For those interested, here are the level 1 workouts that target tendons (there are about 20 level 2 workouts - another day):

Kangaroo pictures are always fun to show those overseas. Kangaroos are kind of cute, though they will rip your stomach open if you make them cross.

Poomsae training. We kind of warmed up with the sparrers tonight, but all the poomsae people were on one side of the room and the sparrers on the other! Lap running (which I couldn't do), tuck jumps (I did squats), lunges (I did them with just one leg and I ought not and soon regretted it), mario jumps (no substitute - I sat that one out), and laps where you started lying on the ground and had to get up without using your hands. When I couldn't do something, and while everyone was jogging or sprinting, I jogged on the spot, which is boring but it kept me going and doing something. When it was just Us again, we did push-ups - 10 plain, 10 where you went into downward-facing dog and touched your ankles, 10 with knee taps, and 10 diamond. There was another funny exercise but I don't know its name and I couldn't do it anyway - I tried but there was immediate and negative reaction from the leg. On to kicking drills. I'm okay with one-legged ball kick but any side kicks are out. There was a lot of side kick prep and side kicks. So, I did a lot of ball kick drills. Then we split in half and the "bigger" people worked on some higher patterns, and the rest of us worked on lower ones. The coach got us to start with pattern 1. We had to note our starting place and our finishing place. When we had finished and none of us was in our starting place, the coach said he'd expect that from general class, not poomsae. Ashamed faces all around. We were told exactly how to move our feet so as to end where we started, and we had that in mind when we did pattern 1 again. Then we moved on to pattern 4 twice, and so on, up to Taebaek. I stood out for pattern 8. I'd done a bit already tonight that I probably shouldn't have and my leg was sore, but pattern 8 has running kick and climbing kick, and there is no way you can pretend to do those, and not doing them at all just ends you up in the wrong spot. I came back in for Koryo, Keumgang and Taebaek. Keumgang has no kicks at all, but it does have crane stance (one leg, bent knee) for an 8-count, and my right leg found that difficult tonight. The memory of Taebaek isn't too bad, but I have to check up the final station, because someone somewhere has something wrong, and I'm hoping it's me! Finally, side kicks against the wall. I held in prep on the left. Then some PNF stretching on the floor.

Been working my way through the level 3 workouts looking for tendon stuff. Many workouts combine muscles and tendons, and I'm primarily focussing on tendons so I've not included most of those (unless I particularly liked them!). No time tonight to list any, though.

Really hope those tendon workouts help with your leg!
