DorothyMH That's a hard one. Salt is so much a part of my culinary culture. Less salt is more likely than no salt, but we shall see. Perhaps there will be more days without salt, than a complete elimination of added salt from my diet. Good thing liquorice comes already salted so I don't need to add salt!! And herrings...
That’s about where I am with salt, as well. I could never do that challenge, and have no desire to simply because I don’t feel I use excessive salt anyway. No processed food means less unnecessary salt!
Programme: day 13 and 14 Baseline Two days again.
Every couple of weeks I check out Ironborn. Every time I read about it in someone else's thread, the longing is re-ignited! I so want to do that programme, but my training partner just isn't up to the ab work yet so it will have to wait a bit. Oh well, no hurry... But I so want to do it!!

Training tonight had a fair number of kicks and blocks, so my count at We are fighting... is not so bad. Only a few push-ups, though.
Workout: Lightning Strike Wanted to do a HIIT or a combat, but this one ticked both boxes so I did it. It wasn't bad but not one of my favourites. Punches and kicks are always fun. And thanks to that workout, I had a nice addition for We are fighting...

Miss_Dada It was absolutely delicious! You don't have to add any milk, but I added just a bit because my blender was struggling. Drop in some lemon juice (if not using milk) because that picks up the spinach nicely. Alternatively, you could use sorrel, instead of spinach, which already has that lemony flavour in it. Be warned though - it's a horrible colour!!
Training tonight included 1 minute of burpees x 3. I do not like burpees - it's the jumping that makes it hard for me - but I managed to push out the same number each minute - 12. Okay, so not many but I still did them and I'm happy with that. After all, when you're at the bottom, the only way is up!! Unfortunately, I can't count those push-ups in my Pushers tally. A burpee isn't a full burpee without a push-up, so either I count burpees or I count push-ups, but we didn't specifically do push-ups, only burpees, so those 36 push-ups simply don't really exist. *sigh* And we did sets of kicks, which I really enjoy, so I could add 180 kicks to We are fighting...
Normally we always high-5 each other when we've returned to our lines, but today we high-elbowed each other, and hand sanitiser was out on a bench. Stay safe out there.
