            day 17 Daily Floss
            day 3 Back and Arms
            day 1 Counting Victories I didn't think I'd re-do this one specifically here; rather I'd just keep doing things. But I like ticking boxes so here we go for Round 2.

            day 1 Gauntlet Ah, we all knew this was coming.
            day 1 Foundation And something a little less taxing but that gives me a spot of cardio. I need this since I have no training for the next fortnight.

            Strength/rehab work:
            - bridges x 50
            - tiny steps x 50
            - lateral walk with resistance band - 10 steps each side x 2
            - dead bugs x 20
            - Swings x 20.
            - Figure 8 - Front to Back x 10.
            - Figure 8 - Back to Front x 10.
            - Sandman

            Home Front M10 - Round Robin. Included exercises were forward lunges, jabs, sit-ups and 1-min wall-sit.
            Home Front M11 - Turn Your Radio On. Included exercises were stair climbing, punches, unweighted bicep curls, squats, and running on the spot.
            I had a lot of washing to fold today so I ended up doing two Home Front Missions. Makes the folding take a little longer but it's way more fun!

            DD - 200 punches. Got in the mood during the missions!
            DD - 2-min Balance Hold.

                DorothyMH Home Front is part of the Zombies Run! suite. Free (as is pretty much everything I use!), they were designed for the Lockdown when people might not be able to go out for their runs. Instead, there is a little continuing story, you listen to music on your playlist, and then occasionally the music is interrupted by story and an exercise. The how-to-do is quite carefully explained, and they are done for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the exercise, and then you dance to your music again. Or, if you're like me, you do something else (like folding washing) that you can do while dancing around. Each episode lasts about 30 minutes and there are four or five exercises each episode. It's a bit of fun.

                  Daylight Savings ended this morning. Thought I'd get an extra hour's sleep to make up for the late night being the Easter Bunny, but although they knew the time, they still woke me up earlier than usual! Humph. Sour milk pikelets for breakfast and no chocolate until (early) afternoon tea.

                        day 4 Foundation I should count EC for today's workout as Footprints decided that my back was a comfortable spot of curl up on.

                        - Swings x 20. I should have had a bit of a break after the Gauntlet's swings before doing these, but I kept just going. Was in the swing of it, you could say!

                        DD with EC - 10 plank walk-outs.

                                Home Front M12 - Fight for your right to ... Work out! Today's mission exercises were hooks, lunges, crunches, and wall sit.
                                Home Front M13 - Good Morning, New Canton! Exercises were seated jumping jacks, torso twists, seated leg raises, and weighted bicep curls.

                                Not sure quite what I did yesterday or perhaps this morning, but my hip has been so sore that it's even been a bit difficult to walk. As a result, I didn't do much today (and a spot of general stretching) and hope that things settle down. Actually, perhaps it was the lunges. I heard the hip clicking a lot while I did them today... Perhaps exacerbated by the seated jumping jacks... On the bright side, I got the last of the washing folded!
