AgilePhoenix In Hollow Hold I keep my arms and legs close to the ground, with my abs tight and my back resting on the ground, the important thing is that my back is well stretched out on the ground and you don't arch otherwise you will hurt
For me the focus of hollow is keeping my back flush with the floor. Depending on the day, my legs might be higher or lower...wherever my back starts to loose contact.
