    As I have started two programs, I have not done a random daily pick today and will not until they are finished.

    Pacing up and down the hallway for two minutes gets really quite dull, so I actually quite look forward to the sprints

    Also did the DD with EC, which was 2 minute triceps dip hold. My arms still don't work properly

    Got my 30 days badge. Woohoo!

        Watched YouTube while doing my walk, it went by much faster. I actually did 15 minutes today, because the next Walk episode was too long.

        Not feeling very invigorated today, but wasn't too tired to have a raspberry and chocolate smoothie

        Today's DD was quite relaxing and I, much to my surprise, did not fall over. The only problem was getting into the pose...

          Phew!

          Last day of Classic Abs today. Tomorrow I will be starting another weekly workout. Don't know what it is yet though!
          Actually, I almost forgot to do Knee Pushups. I was sitting here, writing this log, and-hold on a second! I'll just get down on the floor and finish my excersises

          DD with EC. Yuck, I hate reverse lunges. That and burpees.

            Too hot today to do anything. I blame the thirty-odd degrees for everything that I did not do very well on.

                  So I haven't been writing the last couple of weeks, but I've just really been continuing to do what I was doing. I was sick last week, so I didn't do quite as much as usual. I have finished Wall Pushups and Touch your Toes, and moved on to One minute plank and Splits. With Splits, I can tell that the leg raises are going to be very tedious.

                  I've been back at Taekwondo, and we have been doing quite a lot of running and fitness. Yesterday, for instance, we had to do one legged burpees! Normal ones are bad enough

                    Going well with all my challenges. Upperbody Light is certainly not light! Is it just me, or is 80 shoulder taps an awful lot?
                    Started Flexibility week yesterday. I think the only reason that they are mostly level 5 is because you have to touch your toes.

                    Also got a pull up bar and assistor. I can do a pull up with the assistor on easy

                    Getting very sweaty while doing Foundation Light, I blame it on the humidity.
                    I put the fan on and it was much better

                            After several tries, finally managed to do the 30 second hollow hold. How the heck am I supposed to do it without falling over?

                            Taekwondo today was tough! We had to do 10 burpees, 10 burpees with squat jump, 20 squat jumps, and 40 pushups. (To tell you the truth, I only did 31. With many breaks.)

                            From Taekwondo I have 31 pushups to add to my Pushers count.

                              Hollow hold is one of the most difficult exercises to do correctly but it is also one of the most effective for working the abdominal muscles, I know ... it is not a consolation
