      Forgot to mention, started my homemade zombie program yesterday and did a Survive the Zombie Apocalypse workout, which I cannot find the link for. Getting back into Zombies, Run! , so today I did S1 Mission 8 on the treadmill with 2 minutes walking, 2 minutes running, 6 sets.
      Also did the first day of week two of Hundred Pushups, and did 201 pushups for the PushUp Challenge.

          Online Taekwondo - I'm only 3 classes behind now

          For Hero's Journey I chose Hammer, Ring, and Bow. Was thinking about Ribbon, but after Bruce Lee I don't want to do a whole lot of kicks just yet. Lasso was also a thought, but after tripping over the rope after 25 seconds, I don't think I'll do it for a bit. Using 5kg weights for Hammer, that's enough of a challenge for me right now. Did an Ammo Run on Zombies, Run! for Bow, alternating 1 minute walking with 1 minute light jog. Not that I ever really run. I just normally jog faster
          Also for the zombie program, I did an old Neila Rey workout - The Walkers - and that was fun. Oh dear, listen to me, I am calling a workout with high knees, knee crunches, and plank jump-ins "fun".

          Sasstronaut thanks. I discovered the app in January, but in the last couple of months I haven't done much. With my zombie program I will be getting a few more missions in.

          Did 130 pushups for the PushUp Challenge.

                    For the Zombie Program I did another Neila Rey workout, Zombie Survival. The tuckjumps were the killers.

                    Practicing side kick in Taekwondo today. Had to do a 3-second hold in the extended position. Doesn't sound like much, but that was felt afterwards.

                        Nice, I have the same one. I suggest to wear some gloves if you are doing 1000 Cuts, as it tends to lead to blisters otherwise.

                          Started Dragon Week today, as I had picked Fearless for the Zombie plan first and then discovered that it was the first one in Dragon Week. Plus I always wanted to do Dragon Week.
