Apps Splits FitOn - I don't know why I put this here, I hardly ever do it
Finished the last two days of Chair rows, parlty just because I wanted to get it over with, and also so that I can start yet another pushup challenge at the same time as the one I previously mentioned.
Got a bit of catching up to do with Taekwondo, so I did one of last weeks classes.
This is the last week of my Amazon training plan, so next week will be starting the zombie three-weeks-and-a-bit program that I made along with @Topnotch.
Completely forgot about the DD today, only just remembered wben I came on here to write this.
Did day one of this pushup challenge, which equalled 51 pushups. Also completed the 135 needed for the PushUp Challenge, greatly aided by that 51. I am hoping to reach 50 consecutive pushups by the end of the year. Though the website kept glitching, I did manage to log them though
Fremen and HuskyDog, thanks. HuskyDog, I won't be able to do that many pullups soon though, as the bar is outside. On a day that is less than 10°C, I would prefer to be inside drinking tea. Lots of tea.
Day two of this pushup challenge was rest day, so I had a little more trouble completing the 171 needed for the PushUp Challenge. The tracker was completely down today, so I kept track the old-fashioned way - paper!
