Ab Crunch was fun, felt my abs way too much afterwards...
Started using using a Splits training app, did Beginner day 1, though according to the app, I should be in Intermediate. Whatever.
Also did one of last weeks FitOn workouts, Tabata Torch. There were way too many squat jumps diguised as other things, though. That got the sweat going
Somehow, after that, I still felt in a workout mood, which is the reason for Ab Crunch and 2 minute plank, which was also fun.
CaptainCanuck thanks. I'm also getting 20 a little more often.
Did FitOn workout Thigh Trimdown, that was a killer and I don't think I'll do it again! Partly because of that and partly because of laziness, I did not do Bruce Lee today. I did do Chair Rows, because in not too long it will be even colder.
