        Got a pushup board today, did three pushups with each position.

        Weights were the same as yesterday.

        Also DD with EC. Definitely going to be feeling that tomorrow!

          Got my 15 days badge, woohoo!

          Lean legs (I'll be doing this for a while longer, along with Crop top)
          Upperbody works Beware, Level One can be deceiving!

          Guess what? It's the same ones as usual!
          Wall pushup hold is 1:53. Yay!

          Didn't do much with weights today. But I did some biceps curls though.

          I did the Daily Dare with EC. I fell over, well, quite a bit.

          Pushups with the pushup board as well. My arms are sore!
