Hey everyone! I've been using Darebee for a while now (mostly doing Daily Dares), but am only just now making an account. I have a job that requires some physical exertion, but recent blood test results indicate that my HDL and Vitamin D levels are below the ideal range, so I plan on doing more running outdoors, which should help with both issues. I'm also reducing my consumption of sugar. I hope I'm able to make both myself and the Darebee community proud.
Goals for 2020:
Participate in a 5K (I've met or exceeded that distance many times, but have never participated in an actual race)
Do 50 pushups in one go (started the year at 37; achieved my goal of 50 on Jun. 6, 2020)
