    Happy New Year everyone!

    Workout Log: Jan. 1, 2022 (153rd consecutive day of exercise):
    Ran 1.6 miles (2.7 km) in 15 minutes
    Exercise of the Day (2 minutes Jumping Jacks) completed with EC (#672 with EC; #696 overall)
    Walking Challenge Day 1
    Foundation Light Program Day 1 Level 3

    I also did the Darebee Physical Fitness Test (60 seconds each of Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Basic Burpees back-to-back with no rest). I managed to do 46 Push-ups, 27 Sit-ups, and 15 Burpees.

      The flutter kicks were brutal, especially those last 30 seconds or so. My last set of push-ups was also pretty hard; I feel like I have noodle arms now.
