    So, apparently today is abs day for me. Everything in my normal rotation wound up being either planks or leg raises.

        *Today was a biceps/back day, and it was more difficult than it usually is for me. My job today was more physically demanding than usual, so I guess it took more out of me than I thought. I used the weight I've been using throughout this program (20 lbs) and only barely made it through the first 2 sets of curls. By the time I got to my 3rd set, I didn't have enough left in me to finish it, so I dropped down to a lower weight and finished the workout.
