- meditation
kettlebell:
- alternating halo (10 per direction, 16 kg)
- 12 minutes man maker* (swings, 16 kg/ hops on the spot/jumping jacks)
- press per side (6/5, 16 kg)
- snatches per side (10/7, 16 kg)
- bent over rows (15, 24 kg)
- upright rows (15, 16 kg)
- squat/reverse lunge left+right (5, 16 kg)
- deadlifts (12, 24 kg)
* 165 swings, had to stop halfway...
