    Yesterday
    Did a good walk with the dogs though it was raining. The steps count - yes, I do have a step-counter 😉 - was 8.5 k at 09:30. The day ended with around 18,35 k steps! My daily goal is 10 k steps.
    Meditation in the afternoon.

    Today
    - meditation

    kettlebell:
    - alternating halo (10 per direction, 16 kg)
    - 12 minutes man maker* (swings, 16 kg/ hops on the spot/jumping jacks)
    - press per side (6/5, 16 kg)
    - snatches per side (10/7, 16 kg)
    - bent over rows (15,/12 24 kg)
    - upright rows (12/10, 16 kg)
    - squat/reverse lunge left+right (5/4, 16 kg)
    - deadlifts (12/12, 24 kg)
    - 1 minute swings (24 kg)

    * 330 swings

      my steps goal is 5500 and I barely make it to 4000... so nice going on all those steps
