      Nearly got killed by the intro of cardio trim! No more high knees this week, please...


      (I know they'll be again on schedule right tomorrow)

                Which level are you doing?
                I've just finished HIIT ADVANCED program and thinking about which cardio/HIIT program to pick up instead ​​​​​​​

                  I am allready on day 2 of cardio trim. I try to complete in Level III. Compared to 30 days of HIIT it's quite more challenging. For me it is quite "interesting" - for you it might be an average warm up...

                    Yesterday has been a very long day and it wasn't easy to find some sleep with all the information in my mind... and I feel the effort of yesterdays cardio programs. So I decided to get up as late as possible and skip the HIIT and cardio today...

                    Today:
                    - Warm up
                    - Daily Dare +EC
                    - 1-minute cardio 23/30

                      Joe76 No probs at all I was reading something interesting in THIS THREAD As Properbear mentioned about being ,,RAVENOUS,, after Cardio/HIIT It reminds me how you were writing about binge eating in here it's a true actually, when you do too much Cardio ,your body craves for simple sugar/carbs and control it is a bit hard....ehm
                      PS; I was looking at the Cardio Trim program and will probably rather choose COMBAT HIIT Because it will help me keep on tranining Martial Arts together with other Programs and challenges I am currently doing and too adding kicks&punches to ,,CANCER THREAD,,.... ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

                              oh boy...nooo......just imagine the taste...how does it feel like to bite into a Lovely creamy Chocolate cake with whipped vanilla cream, showered with sweet crunchy nuts...hmm....so yummy .... ...or coconut cake with cream, tastes like Raffaelo sweets....or Merci the finest variety of Chocolate...Praline-creme, Cream Truffle, Dark cream.........what a teasing.....
