            Today:

            Pre-lockdown-shopping in the early, early morning (no gifts) just to have all the "basics" at home... ๐Ÿฅด Weird situation but we might not meet our families at christmas!

            Pre-christmas-clean up: It's my job to do the shower and of course I "like" this job very much... ๐Ÿคช But in the end everything is shining and sparkling ๐Ÿ˜Ž Badge!?

            - warm up (5 min)
            - fit christmas 12/12 (warm up+)
            - advent calendar 12/24
            - push-ups (3 x 21, 2 min rest)
            - 2 minute plank
            - 5 minutes balance pad
            - stretching
            Total: 29 min, consecutive days 44

                              - 2 x 6 perfekt get up (part I) per side, 8 kg
                              - 2 x 1 min swing, 16 kg (2 min rest)
                              - stretching
