              - fireheart (22/30)
              - kettlebell:
              - 4 x 12 halo, 16kg
              - 4 x combo: 12 squats (face to the wall)/ 12 deadlifts, 24 kg)
              - 3 x combo: 12 swing, 16 kg/ 3 x 12 snatch per side, 16/8/8kg
              - 1 min swing, 8 kg
              - stretching
              Total: 1h 30 min, consecutive days 34
