                        Uuuu la laaaaa Are you planning to dissapear my dear???? So much Cardio .....and fasting?? From my point of view you have already very fit weight!! I feel like something is going on here.....will have to come for a visit in person How about macros?

                              Normally I get up at five o'clock and have to be at the office by eight... Wednesday is travelling-day and I have to be at the railway station at seven o'clock... First thought about leaving cardio go today ... but decided to get up earlier. Slept 4 hours+. Need to take a nap in the train...
