Hi bees! 
First contact with darebee was in 2018. I did a few daily dares, some workouts and used to run. All together not very continuously and so I soon lost motivation...
On January, the 4th 2019 I started next try and joined "The Hive". And ... however - it's working this time!!!


I changed nutrition and did workouts, mostly 45min, two or three days a week.
The major spark to light a bigger fire was to get in contact with Miss_Dada - and I'm very, very thankful!!!
Right now I'm doing six to seven workouts per week (60 - 90 min) and I even started "hunting" for badges…
Result for 2019: -11kg (77,5 kg/ 179 cm)
Resolutions für New Year 2020:
- loose more weight! Target is about 70 kg (had very bad experience in the dressing room at the mall... looked horrible!);
- wanna be more "visible" and be part of the community (which willl be challenging for me, cause I'm sometimes kind of complicated…)
