    Circling squats, wall inversions (aka leaving footprints all over the damn wall), broken rolls and inverted pivots.
    It all went to hell towards the end but I managed to finish on a boarder line respectable note.

    Solo triangle drill stuff, so prep (butt ups, triangles, general leg pulling locomotion around activities) and then drills. Just like fishing with your legs- catch 'em and sub' em'

    Yoga with my son ("is my camel good? Look how perfect my plow is!") We try to push the concept that Yoga is about finding your space but I suspect it's a lifelong learning goal.

    EMOM work today for a bit of fun. Wheel of death reps of 10 with active rest in between.

    Weddings, Parties, Anything as the soundtrack today!

    Playing with momentum today. It's cool how if you can get your legs to go somewhere, the rest of your body will follow.
    My favourite was probably the simplest: plow transition to squat, really satisfying just feeling your body flow.
    Rounded off with some bridges.

    Followed by trying my partner's patience by using their legs for a gentle Berimbolo drill

    Roll to standing (1 leg)
    Pistol Squat work
    Various Squat walks...legs getting jelly here
    Finished with some lunges.

    Roll drills- some of these things, shedoesnon roll bit here too but they're nice drills.

    Yeaaaaah...so end of October/start of November had another bad patch so no extra screens.

    Then I've been back training which has been amazing but also reminding me that BJJ = being always slightly injured. Really need to keep the Yoga up

    My big ticket items have been:

    I did my knee at the very start of December so got to spend some quality time rehabbing it.

    Also got enthusiastically armbared just before Christmas and my elbow is now speaking to me again

    Anyway, hope another track around the Sun is treating you all well.
