    I did another 45, my partner took over explaining the different burpee approaches to a 5 and 8yo and held a push up plank for an impressive amount of time while trying to get them to copy.
    My daughter decided judo push ups were her thing, my son decided on side plank push ups. We were all impressed with each other...except my family feels it's to early in the day for me to give up doing burpees and want to see me do at least another 60.

      9th February

      Today's DD, EC I haven't done these before. It was interesting incorporating the twist with the lunge

      Nice short HIIT sessions. I like the way the days moved through Cardio, Active plank and Abs. The variation was good for keeping your mind engaged.
      They have been a great tool and I will be using elements from this program going forward (much like the 30 days of Yoga).
      Each program and challenge I have done has given me something, this one has given me much better high knees. We were doing them as a cbf warm up at training and I was rocking them

                      I'm going to have a stretch week this week. I'm collecting to many tight or stiff spots.

                      Today's DD, EC. Another one I haven't done before. Had to experiment a bit before it felt right for the muscle groups highlighted.

                      C_Dead hang_10, dammit! I had to do this twice as my grip was rubbish the first time.

                                TW_Anchor'd , this is good for me. Yes, my muscles burn (because you don't stop during these you git) but it gets my head to that spot where I can just keep at it. Those lunges were like an oasis.

                                Training - some days I leave feeling like I've been hit by a truck. But tonight I feel like a champion.
