                    We had a whole long talk on footcare last night...😁 apparently a pedicure should be part of jj training.

                    Turn up the base drill: (lots of folding myself in half (up and over) style and oblique crunches, some superman and bird dog. Then extended standing from base.
                    Where superman and bird dog are a relief! Dying right here, never want to see "controlled decent" or "slow controlled movements" again.

                          Today's DD, EC - this was hard today. The last bit was a struggle to keep my knees up.

                          Talk to the hand- I'm doing this 3-5 times a day.
                          C_Dead hang_8, joints weren't happy after sparring, and just getting stiffer, so surprised they lasted 35sec.

                          P_30 days of HIIT_26, done with my son. He didn't want to do 27 since...no girls in the picture. So this morning's exercise is changed to drills and/or Darebee 'with girls illustrations'.

                          Right here is when I loose my mat because the floor is to hard.

                          Busy bee, apparently lunge steps are more difficult than burpees.

                          The child rolls back and forth on his back while I have to keep up with crunches ("why are you sweating?" "I'm not sweating, this is easy for me!"). Get a few good sets of standard, butterfly, reverse and oblique crunches in ~30reps ea.

                            Have just finished a full burpee challenge with the whole family dedicated to TopNotch .

                            I did another 45, my partner took over explaining the different burpee approaches to a 5 and 8yo and held a push up plank for an impressive amount of time while trying to get them to copy.
                            My daughter decided judo push ups were her thing, my son decided on side plank push ups. We were all impressed with each other...except my family feels it's to early in the day for me to give up doing burpees and want to see me do at least another 60.

                              Nice , your familiy makes sure you're fit and able-bodied, ready for action. That's how i imagine a perfect family!

                                I'm lucky in my family Nebulus , I have a great partner and wonderful kids. Both our broader families are solid gold too.
