    I like the idea of a Hydra. I was just trying to get through it today - those reverse lunges.

      The reverse lunges were the slow spot TopNotch everything else was nice and fast paced. The kids enjoyed the star jumps but did not understand the elbow clicks at all!
      I'm tempering expectations about the appearance of a Hydra...I could just insert one into the story if it gets too dire

        Felt like burpees but wasn't in the mood for thinking.

        Got caught up helping my daughter with long division and the day got lost to work and chaos.
        The family did wheelbarrow relays for fun instead of Pathfinder today.

              Sometimes just cracking out a bit of a workout is achieving minimums TopNotch !

              Pathfinder chapter 13, after fierce debate we got another follower- "this means we're going to have to get him water!". We climbed and built the cairn.

                  The kids have come down with colds so I had to get them both tested today. Fortunately results were back fast- just colds.

                      18th September

                      Yeah, so I was over come by an attack of lazy today. I bribed myself with a workout I've been eyeing for a while but hadn't done yet.

                      Grinder, did the full banana. This is in the style of how I usually do workouts. 20-30sec of rest between sets to grab a mouthful of water, jog or bounce. It was interesting that round 2 was where I felt mental challenge before finding the zone in the 30s splits of round 3. The bonus round gave me the irrits because shifting back to 15s splits really broke my flow and I didn't find it again until the jump squats- then it was pretty much over. I jogged it out to 35min, nicer number.
